Planning to visit Dubai and pop over to Oman, Qatar, or back home for a quick errand during your stay? A UAE multiple entry visa lets you leave and re-enter during its validity — without applying for a new visa each time.
Here's how it works and whether it's worth the extra cost.

In short: If you'll stay in the UAE the whole time, single entry is enough. If you'll leave and return, multiple entry saves money and hassle.
Who Benefits Most From a Multiple Entry Visa?
GCC side-trippers: Visiting Oman, Qatar or Bahrain during your UAE stay
Business travelers: Attending meetings in several countries
Families: Parents who may fly home briefly for an emergency or event
Job seekers: Attending interviews in other GCC countries while based in the UAE
Available Durations
UAE authorities offer multiple entry visit visas in 30-, 60- and 90-day validity options, depending on category and availability. Kabayan UAE offers:
Transit visas are for short layovers and usually can't be extended.
Tips Before You Apply
Plan your route. If your trip includes another country, check that country's entry rules for Filipinos too.
Count your days. Each day inside the UAE counts toward your allowed stay, even with multiple entries.
Keep your visa printed for airline check-in and border control.
Compare costs. Two single entry visas can cost more than one multiple entry visa — ask us to compare.
Is It Worth It?
A multiple entry visa is worth it if you'll leave and return at least once during your stay. If not, a 30-day or 60-day single entry visa is the more economical choice.
No. A multiple entry visa lets you leave and come back during its validity, but the days you spend inside the UAE still count toward your allowed stay. Leaving for a weekend does not "restart" the clock.
Can I extend a multiple entry visa?
Some visit visas can be extended inside the UAE, subject to approval and the total stay limit. Ask before you buy if an extension might be part of your plan, so you choose the right visa from the start.
Can I use a UAE multiple entry visa to enter Oman or Qatar?
No. It only covers entry into the UAE. You still need to meet the entry rules of each country you visit. Check them for Philippine passport holders before you book.
Is a multiple entry visa good for job hunting?
It can be useful if you'll attend interviews in other GCC countries. Remember that you can't work on any visit visa — your employer must process a proper work permit.
Is travel insurance required?
Some visa categories ask for proof of medical cover, and it's strongly recommended either way. A hospital visit in the UAE can be expensive without insurance.
